Student Houses at Navoditya

At Navoditya, we believe in fostering team spirit, leadership, and healthy competition among students. To encourage holistic development, we have introduced the House System, where students are grouped into four houses that participate in various academic, cultural, and sports activities throughout the year.
Each house represents values of excellence, determination, and teamwork, motivating students to strive for success while building strong camaraderie.

SHIVALIK (The Unshakable Spirit)
Symbolizes: Courage, Integrity, and Determination
Builds confidence, self-discipline, and a never-give-up attitude.

UDAYGIRI (The Rising Heights)

 House-Based Activities & Competitions
  • To instill a sense of responsibility, teamwork, and leadership, students participate in exciting inter-house competitions such as:
  • Academics: Quiz contests, debates, and Olympiads.
  • Sports: Athletics, football, cricket, badminton, and more.
  • Cultural Events: Dance, music, drama, and arts competitions.
  • Community Service: Social initiatives, environmental campaigns, and awareness drives.

Each house competes throughout the year to earn points, with the winning house being awarded the prestigious "House Trophy" at the end of the academic session!
